Their combined experience in cloud-based SaaS service companies include Salesforce.com, Netsuite, IBM, Siebel Systems, Zantaz and Autonomy.

Roger Erickson

Roger is currently CTO for Autonomy Zantaz. Prior to the acquisition of Zantaz, Inc. by Autonomy Roger served six years as Senior Vice President in charge of Product Development and Product Strategy. During this time Zantaz built the largest hosted online archive of email in the world featuring Compliance and Electronic Discovery tools delivered as SaaS.

Prior to joining Zantaz, Roger served as CEO of Spescom Software and Altris Software. Both companies provided Electronic Document Management Systems used by U.S. Government and the largest utilities worldwide.

In addition to the above roles, Roger has served in many engineering management and development positions. Roger holds a M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of California in Santa Barbara.

Karen Riley

Karen has been a member of the Angels' Forum since 2007 with interests in Software as a Service (SaaS), Internet Web 2.0, Health Care Services, and Renewable/Alternative Energy companies. She is a is a seasoned executive in enterprise software and services companies, where she has led businesses in turnaround, high growth, acquisition and rightsizing situations.

Karen is currently on the Board of Directors for GeoG2 and Specialty's Cafe, as well as the Board of Advisors for DeepDyve. Most recently, Karen also served on the Board of Directors of Portal Software (acquired by Oracle); and on the Strategic Advisory Boards for Transera Communications and Princeton Softech (acquired by IBM).

Prior to that, she was SVP of Global Services at Siebel Systems from 1999 through 2003, where she built and led the worldwide direct sales and delivery of Siebel's professional services, technical and end user education, sales effectiveness consulting, and maintenance contract renewals. Prior to Siebel, Karen had a 20 year career at IBM where she held executive positions in product management, industry solution sales, systems integration and outsourcing services, and was most recently General Manager of IBM Global Services' CRM and Business Process Outsourcing division.

Karen was honored by the San Francisco Business Times in 2003 as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Business. She is also a member and has served on the Board of Directors of the FWE&E (Forum for Women Entrepreneurs & Executives), a network of senior women executives in the Silicon Valley.

Ken Rudin

Most recently, Ken was the founder of LucidEra, a company that pioneered the creation of the on-demand analytics market. LucidEra focused on redefining the Business Intelligence market by providing simple to use analytic applications as an on-demand service.

Before founding LucidEra, Ken was VP and General Manager of Siebel CRM OnDemand at Siebel Systems, where he created and successfully launched Siebel’s highly rated hosted CRM solution. Prior to that, Ken was VP of Marketing for Siebel Analytics (now Oracle Analytics), where he helped Siebel become the industry's largest provider of analytics applications. Before Siebel, Ken served as Senior VP of Products for Salesforce.com, where he spearheaded all development and product marketing functions. In parallel, he also served on NetSuite’s advisory board. Before Salesforce.com, Ken was co-founder and CEO of Emergent Corporation, a consulting company focused on building large-scale data warehousing solutions for Fortune 500 companies which was acquired by Keane, Inc. in 1999. Ken started his career at the Scalable Systems Division at Oracle, where he helped pioneer the use of highly parallel hardware and software technology for large scale data warehouses.

Ken holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Harvard University and a master's degree in business from Stanford University.

Arthur Chang

Arthur G. Chang brings over 15 years of hi-tech executive experience to PanTerra Networks. Mr. Chang, a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur, has contributed at the senior executive level to several companies in the valley that have experienced growth and success. Prior to PanTerra Networks, Mr. Chang was the CEO of Cradle Technologies, a multi-core multimedia DSP company. Prior to Cradle, Mr. Chang was CEO of SoloPoint Communications, a provider of telecommunications equipment to the RBOCs and Telcos. Mr. Chang grew the company over several years culminating in an IPO event. Prior to SoloPoint, Mr. Chang held various executive management positions with companies in the storage, server and remote access market places. Mr. Chang started his career at Bell Laboratories in Naperville, IL.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chang has worked closely with several silicon valley venture capitalists as a consultant and analyst. Mr. Chang's expertise is in helping companies recruit top talent, setting corporate and product strategies, and raising capital in preparation for rapid growth.

Mr. Chang received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, his M.S. degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an Executive MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
