Job Title: Inside Sales – posted May 1, 2008

Responsibilities:

Sales individual eager to be associated with next generation software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology company

Inside sales group designed to generate and qualify company generated leads and tele-prospect
Coordinate lead management process, from lead qualification through routing
Qualify prospects via phone, email and web conferencing, identifying key decision makers, business pain, relevant IT projects, and existing complementary or competitive software
Generate leads by cold-calling in to target companies, identifying key decision makers, business pain, relevant IT projects, and existing complementary or competitive software applications
Coordinate seamless transition of all qualified leads to outside sales reps
Utilize Salesforce.com system to record activities, route leads, and generally coordinate lead management process
Identify new target companies and prospects through primary and secondary research
Responsible for 50+ outbound calls daily, possess organization skills for thorough follow up, and capable of articulate email communications.

Requirements:

Preferred 2+ years of inside sales or tele-prospecting experience
Must be able to quickly articulate business benefit and functionality of customers telecommunications and/or employee productivity tools. Must be able to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business pain and sales opportunities
Experience in telecommunications and/or IT industry is preferred
Must have experience using lead management and salesforce.com system
Excellent and persuasive communication skills required. Positive, upbeat and aggressive personality is required. Additional experience in marketing and lead generation.
College degree preferred, but not mandatory
