PanTerra Networks' Research and Development Center, located in Hyderabad India, is the Industry’s leading technology division responsible for the creation and implementation of many ideas in the Unified Communication field. This division is responsible for the design, development and finally deployment of all PanTerra unified communications services which target small and medium sized enterprises around the world.

PanTerra’s R&D division has moved far beyond conventional PBX and ACD communications services, providing a new Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) approach that creates an incredibly powerful cloud-based deployment mechanism for all communications services, including voice, video, collaboration, messaging and call center services, which results in lower overall cost of operations, elimination of up front costly CAPEX spending and the elimination of product obsolescence.

The domain of IP communications has reached a watershed moment with the delivery of WorldSmart, PanTerra Network’s world class unified communications SaaS solution. Company Culture

The people behind PanTerra’s R & D division are a cohesive, energetic and dedicated team that comprise of multiple overlapping teams from web and Windows developers to PBX developers, Quality Control & Assurance and Operations. Each team is led by a team leader and enjoys both individual autonomy as well as inter-team interaction.

The typical meetings between team members and teams start over a coffee in the company’s outdoor cafeteria. Meetings create brainstorming sessions which then lead to drawing board reviews and requirements documentation. Information is free-flowing and ideas are encouraged and supported. Once development is completed, the QA team takes over with walkthroughs and repeated test-cycles to ensure the highest level of quality.

Our research teams work in an informal university like ambience while sharing most of the corporate attributes that are integrated parts of any successful company.
