Arthur G. Chang brings over 15 years of hi-tech executive experience to PanTerra Networks. Mr. Chang, a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur, has contributed at the senior executive level to several companies in the valley that have experienced growth and success. Prior to PanTerra Networks, Mr. Chang was the CEO of Cradle Technologies, a multi-core multimedia DSP company. Prior to Cradle, Mr. Chang was CEO of SoloPoint Communications, a provider of telecommunications equipment to the RBOCs and Telcos. Mr. Chang grew the company over several years culminating in an IPO event. Prior to SoloPoint, Mr. Chang held various executive management positions with companies in the storage, server and remote access market places. Mr. Chang started his career at Bell Laboratories in Naperville, IL.
Throughout his career, Mr. Chang has worked closely with several silicon valley venture capitalists as a consultant and analyst. Mr. Chang's expertise is in helping companies recruit top talent, setting corporate and product strategies, and raising capital in preparation for rapid growth.
Mr. Chang received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, his M.S. degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an Executive MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Kevin O’Donnell brings more than 25 years of experience in business finance and corporate strategy to PanTerra from companies delivering SaaS services, applications and infrastructure. He is responsible for overseeing financial operations and administration for the company. Prior to joining PanTerra Networks, Mr. O’Donnell was the CFO at Cassatt Corporation, a software and services company providing controls to automate the management of IT operations. Before Cassatt, Mr. O’Donnell was the CFO at ViewCentral, now part of Rainmaker Systems, a leading provider of comprehensive, closed-loop, outsourced sales and marketing services. Before ViewCentral, Mr. O’Donnell was the VP of Finance at Netigy Corporation, a consulting firm offering strategy, planning, design, implementation, and measurement for enterprise clients making the transition to network-based eBusiness models. Mr. O’Donnell was the director of finance at Network General Corporation prior to their acquisition by Network Associates, and started his career in finance with large corporations offering service and products such as Apple and Unisys.
Mr. O’Donnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University, Chicago, IL, and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.
Skip Lane brings over 25 years of industry experience in telecommunications and IP-based communications. Prior to joining PanTerra Networks, Mr. Lane served as Senior VP of Sales & Business Development for Intelliverse, a Cloud-based Unified Communications provider serving the SMB market. Prior to his role at Intelliverse, Mr. Lane was CEO of Razor IP—an IP communications service provider, serving SMBs through multiple distribution channels. Prior to Razor IP, Mr. Lane founded and served as President and CEO of Network One – a facilities-based CLEC, which he grew to nearly $40M in annual revenues, with over 185 employees. Network One was awarded the INC 500 award as “One of the 500 Fastest Growing Private Firms” in 1998, 1999, 2000. Prior to Network One, Mr. Lane spent over 8 years with the global carrier, Cable & Wireless N.A., where he started and ran the US alternate channel distribution program.
Mr. Lane is sought as a speaker on numerous topics associated with the SMB market place and IP Cloud Communications service provider’s best practices, at many of the industry’s trade shows including Comptel, Channel Partners Show, and IP Business forum sponsored by IP Business magazine.
Mr. Lane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Radford University, Radford, VA.
Robert P. Mainor has over 20 years of senior level executive experience in the communications industry. Mr. Mainor has held strategic roles in marketing, sales, business development and operations and is considered a key pioneer in bringing VoIP to the masses. Prior to his appointment as EVP, Mr. Mainor was the co-founder and COO of SunRocket where he grew the subscriber base from 0 to over 250,000 in less than 36 months. Prior to SunRocket, Mr. Mainor was the President of Xpedite Systems, a $200M multi-modal communications services company. Mr. Mainor held senior executive positions with COLT Telecom Plc, Bell Atlantic and Compuserve. He earlier founded Seara Corp., which was acquired by CompuServe.
Mr. Mainor holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in economics and statistics from Auburn University.
Ranga Rao Vutukuru has over 10 years of experience in software engineering, management and strategic direction setting. He oversees the development of all PanTerra Networks' services. Mr. Vutukuru has implemented extensive development methodologies and processes to make development more efficient, effective and agile. Prior to PanTerra Networks, Mr. Vutukuru was the Chief Architect at eMartrix. Prior to eMatrix, Mr. Vutukuru held engineering architect positions at MedPlexus, Ericsson, NHCL and successfully delivered high performance communication platforms for online claim processing applications, collaboration software and VOIP applications.
Richard L. FitzGerald has been a successful executive for over 25 years with extensive experience in operations, quality assurance, product development, contract negotiations and joint venture business development. Mr. FitzGerald has worked for large OEM companies including IBM Corporation, Texas Instruments, and International Telephone and Telegraph. Additionally, Mr. FitzGerald was President of a privately held Electronic Manufacturing Services company managing and directing sales, marketing, operations, procurement and quality. Mr. FitzGerald spearheaded the company reorganization which led to improved customer relationship management, record sales and profitability. During his tenure, the company achieved the "Top 50 Fastest Growing Private Company" in Silicon Valley award three consecutive years.
Mr. FitzGerald received his B.S. in Electronic Engineering from DeVry University and his M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston.
Dave Immethun has spent over 20 years in various marketing and sales positions in the communications field prior to joining PanTerra Networks. Mr. Immethun was the Sr. Director of Sales and Director of Product Marketing at Packet8/8x8 Inc., a business Voice over IP (VoIP) service provider. Dave grew customers and revenue over 400% in two years, while delivering the first of six consecutive cash flow positive quarters in the company’s 20+ year history. In marketing he defined and launched all Packet8 VoIP services including residential, video and Virtual Office hosted VoIP PBX offerings from inception. Prior to 8x8 Inc., Mr. Immethun was Director of Product Management at AltiGen Communications, an IP-PBX equipment provider, where he launched call center and IP phone offerings increasing revenue per sale by 20%. Before AltiGen, Mr. Immethun was the Senior Product Manager at Entera, an Internet stream caching equipment and service provider where he was responsible for product definition and strategic markets. CacheFlow, now Blue Coat Systems acquired Entera Inc., for $440m. Mr. Immethun started his career at Nortel Networks where he held positions of increased responsibility over 15+ years including manufacturing supervisor, materials planning, call center manager, NPI and product management.
Mr. Immethun received his B.S.B.M. in Business Management from University of Phoenix, San Jose, CA.
