WorldSmart's DigitalFax offers significant advantages over traditional fax machines or silo’d electronic fax solutions. DigitalFax gives users the ability to receive faxes via email and store a copy in your local email client. Received faxes can be viewed and downloaded from any browser anywhere in the world and are converted to PDfs for easy viewing. Sending faxes is simple from the Unified Command Center, simply select a file from your computer you would like to fax, select a contact and send. Contacts are pulled from a common contact list in your standard email applications so finding and sending faxes to multiple people is a snap.
WorldSmart's Unified Fax service is completely hosted in the cloud. All you incoming faxes are stored with WorldSmart so that you can view and print them from anywhere in the world. Adminstration is handled through a tab on the WorldSmart dashboards.
WorldSmart's DigitalFax service support viewing, downloading and printing your received faxes from any standard browser. You can also download them in PDF format.
When someone sends you a personal fax, the fax can optionally be forwarded to your WorldSmart Unified Email box as a PDF attachment.
You can also send a fax from your WorldSmart UCC dashboard by simply selecting the file to fax and clicking on the person you want to fax to in the common WorldSmart address book. It's that simple.
A centralized online address book is accessible from any browser and supports vCard imports
Manage your DigitalFax preferences through the WorldSmart web dashboard, with the ability to change account passwords, specify forwarding rules and manage contacts.
All received faxes are stored online and can be accessed at any time.
