CallCenter Suite Overview

PanTerra's WorldSmart CallCenter is the first and only Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) service with all the features you need to run an inbound oroutbound call center business, while still maintaining seamless integration with other cloud-based applications such as communication, collaboration, messaging and CRM through the same user experience. Other features like, grab caller, allow agents to pull a specific caller out of the call queue instantly. This feature allows agents to work with specific callers they identify as "critical".

WorldSmart Call Center also has advanced Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) through WorldSmart's ACE feature. With ACE, your agents can manage all their calls through a visual desktop interface within WorldSmart's UCC app. It also provides "one click" transfers, the fastest transfer in the industry to any contact in your address book.

WorldSmart Call Center suite now comes with PanTerra's unlimited cloud file storage, CloudBox. CloudBox provides private, shared and public storage space in PanTerra's cloud where users can store and access all their files. CloudBox supports local folder sync as well a CloudDrive access to the cloud. File versioning and archiving are also supported so that you can retrieve previously deleted files as well as older versions of a file. Access to CoudBox is supported on virtually all mobile and desktop devices.
