Job Description:

The Regional Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, qualifying, signing, ramping and building partner relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), Master Agents, and Agents within an assigned territory, to resell PanTerra's award-winning services. The Regional Channel Manager must be able to recruit new partners, as well as manage existing partner relationships. The territory will be based on geographic location/proximity and will require some traveling to both partners as well as potential end-user customer locations. The Regional Channel Manager must be able to demonstrate PanTerra services to partners and end customers, negotiate contracts, provide detailed and timely sales reports, drive revenue with partners, close end-customer deals with new partners and provide timely communications to headquarters, partners and potential customers. This role requires strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills combined with a keen sense of drive and determination to generation recurring revenue for the assigned territory. This is a hunter position, not a farmer position.


The Regional Channel Manager must be able to mine territories to sell unified cloud services to Mid-Market Enterprises (MME).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop new prospects based on rolodex and company supplied leads
  • Maintain required number of quality outbound calls to prospect contacts
  • Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations to both partners and potential customers
  • Record accurate prospect and customer data in company CRM
  • Provide high level of customer service to ensure client's complete satisfaction


  • BS/BA or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of Telecommunications sales experience in UC, cloud, VoIP or IP-PBX with track record of exceeding targeted objectives
  • Extremely motivated sales and target driven individual

Job Description:

A PanTerra Sales Engineer is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process for the all our partners. Using a consultative approach, the Sales Engineer will design customer solutions based on customer feature requirements and network infrastructure. He/She will work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for all our cloud products and services.

The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate Cloud, Unified Communications, File-Sharing, and networking technologies and position them to both business and technical users while establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. Sales Engineers are also responsible for the technical training, which includes PanTerra cloud products, and best practices of end-user provisioning to our valued partner community. The Sales Engineer will get directly involved with end customers and must possess excellent end customer relationship skills.

This position will be instrumental in the sales process of mid-market and large enterprise accounts.


Primary responsibilities will include support to all Sales with technical aspects of opportunities for an internationally deployed cloud service that includes unified communications, file sync & share, contact center and business analytics services. Candidate will be responsible for managing and performing customer deployments from quote acceptance to post production.

  • Strong ability to demonstrate all aspects of PanTerra's cloud products, including end-user and administrative features. Services include unified communications, file sync & share, business analytics, contact center, VoIP, conferencing, web collaboration, fax, call center and messaging services.
  • Gather customer requirements and understand how to position PanTerra cloud products correctly
  • Complete discovery site surveys analysis with heavy emphasis on networking QoS, routing efficiencies and configuration and vlan configurations
  • Evaluate the customer network(s) and recommend appropriate changes
  • Build working relationships with prospects and customers
  • Work closely with Sales to overcome technical objections and concerns
  • Approve the technical feasibility of customer quotes
  • Must build long lasting and productive relationships with PanTerra partner community
  • Provide technical training for PanTerra partner community including best practices for project management and customer onboarding/deployment
  • Continually gather, understand, and document commonly requested or critical feature requirements such that they can be evaluated for product roadmap inclusion
  • Provide assistance to the Support and Client Services Departments
  • Access and configure customer and/or partner network equipment including routers and switches
  • Take part in technical project discussions to reduce cost, improve service, and provide innovative business solutions consistent with PanTerra's overall business strategies


  • Experience with sales presentations, VOIP network engineering and other cloud services: including product implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Excellent presentation skills, especially presenting technical solutions
  • Must be capable and even excel in multi-tasking environments
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant technical experience
  • Preferred knowledge of file sharing technologies, IP telephony, soft switches, router technologies, PSTN gateways, QoS, and SIP over a range of broadband mediums
  • Highly desirable to have deep networking and router configuration skills, especially around security and Quality of Service (QoS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Job Description:

Position Title: Systems Administrator
Direct Supervisor: Director, US Network Operations
Work Location: Northern Virginia (Work from Home)
Position: Full Time

This position will be responsible for maintaining the systems and network across the company's multi-data center environments with other assigned Operations personnel. This will include data center operations, surveillance and trouble-shooting and performing system administrator tasks. Please note that various duties may be assigned and/or changed at any time.


Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Install, manage and maintain the data center systems and network infrastructure
  • Install, configure, test and utilize network, systems and other tools
  • Analyze and resolve network and system problems
  • Assure that all systems, network elements, and applications are monitored
  • Be a technical resource to Support and other company entities

Technical Skills:

3-5 years of experience in systems and network operations, administration, and/or working in a network operations center. Technical knowledge in the following areas:

  • IP networking particularly cisco router configuration, management and troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience with DNS, VoIP, SIP and VMWare
  • Linux, including Redhat and CentOS (Community Enterprise Operating System)
  • Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Telephony experience - mobility a plus
  • Basic systems operations background
  • Cisco and Barracuda network/firewall/load balancer certifications a plus

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform tasks independently but work as part of a team
