  7. Uptime percentage calculation is based on the average uptime across all users for a particular service for the specific time period. If a service experiences a partial disruption event but no customers are impacted due to redundancy or N+1 resources, uptime percentage will not be affected. Current events (yellow or red) are not included in uptime calculation.
  8. Monitoring interval is every 5 minutes.
  9. Monitoring status data is available for the prior 12 months only.
