You can easily put PanTerra product content on your website! And it will always be up to date since it will be referencing a limited version of our main website. It will only show the product pages of our website. The signup pages are replaced with a note indicating they should contact you.

This page contains the iframe code to show the PanTerra syndication pages. Put this code on your page where you want PanTerra syndication content to show.

<iframe src="https://www.panterranetworks.com/index.php?syndication=true" width="500" height="1000" style="border: 1px solid #cccccc;" name="PanTerraFrame"></iframe>

Important: Copy the <iframe> code above straight from your browser and paste it where you want the PanTerra content to show. Do NOT "view page source" and try to copy the above text. That will NOT work.

Note, in the above example, the width is set to 500px. The PanTerra website is fully responsive, in other words, it will adapt automatically to any width! So you can set the width to be anything you want. The wider it is, the more information will be displayed width-wise. The height can be whatever you want it to be (it is 1000px in the example above).

START OF SYNDICATION CONTENT:

You can create custom landing pages for each of our services including PBX, Unified Communications, Contact Center and SmartBox. The custom landing pages can have your name, your phone number, your email, your PanTerra CM contact name, your company name, your company logo, and your company website displayed on the landing page. If the prospect fills out a lead form, the form will contain your name, your company, your phone number, your email and your PanTerra channel manager's name in the PanTerra lead database. The lead will be sent to your PanTerra channel manager who will then forward it to you for processing.

Here are the parameters you can customize (Note the parameter must be entered exactly as shown, capitalization matters!):

source_cm_name
This is the name of the PanTerra channel manager you want to associate with this lead. If you are a PanTerra partner or PanTerra channel manager, you must provide this field since the lead will initially go to the PanTerra CM who will then forward to the appropriate partner if provided. If not provided, the default value is "Sales". Use "%20" for the space character (do not use the regular space character. Ex. John%20Smith). If source_partner_name is provided, then this field is NOT displayed (but will be stored in the lead database); otherwise, it is displayed in the upper right hand corner, the left side form and the footer section of the page.
source_partner_name
This is an optional field of the name of the sub agent or sub partner you want to associate with this lead. If not provided, the default value is nothing. Use "%20" for the space character (do not use the regular space character. Ex. John%20Smith). If provided, this field is displayed in the upper right hand corner and footer section of the page (and the source_cm_name field is not displayed on the page, but is still recorded in the lead database).
PartnerID
This is a PanTerra provided unique ID that defines you as a Partner of PanTerra. You can get this ID from your partner portal on the main page of the "Scripts" tab. If a customer signs up for either Guest account or Webstore account (either new signup or upgrade from a guest account) and this field is provided, then the customer will go under the associated partner and the partner will receive commission credit (assuming the account and partner are in good standing). This means even if a customer signs up for a guest account and then 6 months later clicks the "upgrade" button in his account, the partner will receive credit for the new Streams account.
SubPartnerID
This is a generic text field that a Partner can optionally fill in to identify a particular sub agent or sub partner. PanTerra does not process this field at all (other than valid text entry checking - [white spaces, $!^%#] are not allowed in this field). It only records and associates this value with this account and will display it on the Partner's commission statement in a separate column. The partner can use this to determine which sub agent/partner is associated with which SmartBox account.
source_number
This is the phone number of the person you want to associate with this lead. If not provided, the default value is PanTerra's main number (800.805.0558). It should be in the format of xxx.xxx.xxxx. Do not use any spaces in the number. This field is displayed in the upper right hand corner, left side form and footer section of the page.
source_email
This is the email address of the person you want to associate with this lead. If not provided, the default value is PanTerra's main email (info@panterranetworks.com). It should be in the format of xxx@yyy.zzz. Do not use any spaces in the email. This field is displayed in the footer of the page.
source_company
This is the name of the company you want to associate with this lead. If not provided, the default value is "PanTerra". Use "%20" for the space character (do not use the regular space character. Ex. PanTerra%20Networks). This field is displayed in the upper right hand corner and footer section of the page.
source_website
This is the website of the company you want to associate with this lead. If not provided, the default value is PanTerra's website (https://panterranetworks.com). It should be in the format of http[s]://www.website.com. Do not use any spaces in the website address. Also note you must provide the pre-amble (http://). This field is displayed in the footer of the page.
source_logo
This is the logo of the company you want to associate with this lead. If not provided, the default value is nothing (since PanTerra's logo is always displayed. It should be in the format of http[s]://www.website.com/[image location]/image.jpg. Do not use any spaces in the logo address. Also note you must provide the pre-amble (http://). The logo size should be 50px high by 100-300px wide. It can be any image type supported by a browser. This logo is displayed top center of the page.
webchat
This parameter can be used to turn off the PanTerra webchat function on the landing page. Set "webchat=false" to turn off the webchat feature. Webchat is default enabled.

Here are the customizable landing pages:

https://www.panterranetworks.com/custom_landing_pages/landing_page_pbx.php
This is the Cloud PBX landing page.

https://www.panterranetworks.com/custom_landing_pages/landing_page_uc.php
This is the Unified Communications landing page.

https://www.panterranetworks.com/custom_landing_pages/landing_page_cc.php
This is the Contact Center landing page.

https://www.panterranetworks.com/custom_landing_pages/landing_page_sb.php
This is the SmartBox landing page. On this page, the user can optionally sign up for either a SmartBox guest account or an actual SmartBox account. If you supply the extra PartnerID/SubPartnerID parameters, they will be passed to the web signup form and the account/user will be registered to the partner and show up in their partner portal. The benefit of doing this is that it ensures the partner will get commission credit for the account.

Customizing the Landing Page URL:

You simply add a "?" to the end of the landing page URL and then add whatever [parameter=value] pair you want after the "?" (separate each parameter=value pair with an "&") and that's it!

[base landing page URL]?[parameter1=value1]&[parameter2=value2]&[parameter3=value3]...

The URL may be very long if you add several of the parameters, but that's OK. Typically you would link the URL to a shortened text string like, "Learn more about SmartBox." You can include the URL in email campaigns or on your website. If a prospect fills out the landing page form, the specific information will be associated with the lead and stored in our lead database. The prospect can also contact you directly.

Here are some examples of ways to call the custom Landing Pages:

https://www.panterranetworks.com/custom_landing_pages/landing_page_pbx.php?source_cm_name=John%20Smith&source_number=408.123.4567&source_email=john@panterranetworks.com

This example might be used by a PanTerra direct channel manager when doing email campaigns. It will display their name, phone number and email address on the landing page. Since source_company, source_website and source_logo were not provided, they defaulted to PanTerra.

https://www.panterranetworks.com/custom_landing_pages/landing_page_pbx.php?source_partner_name=Tim%20Mathews&source_number=650.365.2879&source_email=tim@tmclabs.com&source_cm_name=dave%20ryan&source_company=TMC%20Labs&PartnerID=1234567&source_website=http://www.tmclabs.com&source_logo=http://images.tmcnet.com/tmc/tmcnw/tmcnlab-logo.gif.png

This example might be used by a sales person at a reseller doing an email campaign for PBX. It will display their name, phone number, email address as well as the reseller's company name, company website and company logo on the landing page. Note that the source_cm_name parameter is provided. Also the PartnerID is provided.

https://www.panterranetworks.com/custom_landing_pages/landing_page_sb.php?source_partner_name=Susan%20Brackman&source_number=408.567.3546&source_email=susan@tmclabs.com&source_cm_name=dave%20ryan&source_company=TMC%20Labs&PartnerID=1234567&source_website=http://www.tmclabs.com&source_logo=http://images.tmcnet.com/tmc/tmcnw/tmcnlab-logo.gif.png

This example might be used by a sales person at a reseller doing an email campaign for SmartBox. It will display their name, phone number, email address as well as the reseller's company name, company website and company logo on the landing page. Note that the source_cm_name parameter is provided. This is a requirement. Also the PartnerID is provided so if the user signs up for SmartBox they will be registered to the partner.

Learn more about SmartBox

This example shows how to link the long URL to a short text string.

You can put these customizable landing page URLs in your email signature block or in an email campaign or in your social media feeds. Enjoy!

You can create a unique SIGNUP URL that has your partnerID (and subPartnerID) encoded into it for your own website, email campaigns or email signature blocks. Using these custom URLs, you automatically register a prospect with your specific partner/subpartner ID so that if the prospect becomes a paying customer, you will receive full commission credit!

You can create a custom SmartBox Sign Up URL for both the SmartBox Guest Sign Up and the SmartBox Webstore Sign Up that can include the following extra information in the URL string (caps sensitive:

PartnerID
This is a PanTerra provided unique ID that defines you as a Partner of PanTerra. You can get this ID from your partner portal on the main page of the "Scripts" tab. If a customer signs up for either Guest account or Webstore account (either new signup or upgrade from a guest account) and this field is filled in, then the customer will go under the associated partner and the partner will receive commission credit (assuming the account and partner are in good standing).
The partner can use this to determine which sub agent/partner is associated with which SmartBox account.
returnurl
This field is used to return the customer to a specific webpage after finishing the sign up form. If this parameter is not supplied, then the user will be redirected to the SmartBox login page upon completion of the Sign Up form. This field can be used to embed the sign up link on the partner's webpage and return the customer to their website once the customer completes the form.
test
This field is used to test the calling and returning to/from the sign up pages. If you set "test=true" then no form information is processed at all when the form is called and upon clicking the "create account" button, the user is returned to the returnurl (if there is one). This can be used to verify you are calling the sign up forms correctly and returning to the proper place on your website. Simply remove this parameter when you are done testing.

Here are some examples of ways to call the Guest Sign Up form:

https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/guest?PartnerID=4958765

This calls the guest sign up form with PartnerID of "4958765". Again, if and when that customer upgrades (or creates a new Webstore account with that email) to a paying SmartBox/Streams account, the customer will go under the associated partner and they will receive full commission credit.

https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/guest?PartnerID=4958765&SubPartnerID=106

This calls the guest sign up form with PartnerID of "4958765" and SubPartnerID of "106". The Partner created the code 106, not PanTerra. The partner will use that code to map to a particular sub agent of theirs when determining commissions to pay. Any alphanumeric characters can be entered in the SubpartnerID field.

https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/guest?PartnerID=4958765&SubPartnerID=106& returnurl=http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html

This calls the guest sign up form with PartnerID of "4958765", a SubPartnerID of "106" and a return URL of "http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html". Note that the full webpage pathname must be provided. Once the user is finished with the sign up form, the user will be redirected back to this webpage.

https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/guest?PartnerID=4958765&SubPartnerID=106& returnurl=http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html&test=true

This calls the guest sign up form with PartnerID of "4958765", a SubPartnerID of "106", a return URL of "http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html" and "test=true" parameter. This will not process any form information and return the user to the returnurl webpage. Use this to test that you are calling and returning from the sign up pages correctly. REMEMBER TO REMOVE THIS PARAMETER WHEN YOU GO LIVE WITH YOUR LINKS!!!!

Here are some examples of ways to call the SmartBox Webstore Sign Up form:

https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/webstore/?PartnerID=4958765

This calls the webstore sign up form with PartnerID of "4958765". Again, if and when that customer upgrades (or creates a new Webstore account with that email) to a paying SmartBox/Streams account, the customer will go under the associated partner and they will receive full commission credit.

https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/webstore/?PartnerID=4958765&SubPartnerID=106

This calls the webstore sign up form with PartnerID of "4958765" and SubPartnerID of "106". The Partner created the code 106, not PanTerra. The partner will use that code to map to a particular sub agent of theirs when determining commissions to pay. Any alphanumeric characters can be entered in the SubpartnerID field.

https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/webstore/?PartnerID=4958765&SubPartnerID=106& returnurl=http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html

This calls the webstore sign up form with PartnerID of "4958765", a SubPartnerID of "106" and a return URL of "http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html". Note that the full webpage pathname must be provided. Once the user is finished with the sign up form, the user will be redirected back to this webpage.

https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/webstore/?PartnerID=4958765&SubPartnerID=106& returnurl=http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html&test=true

This calls the webstore sign up form with PartnerID of "4958765", a SubPartnerID of "106", a return URL of "http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html" and "test=true" parameter. This will not process any form information and return the user to the returnurl webpage. Use this to test that you are calling and returning from the sign up pages correctly. REMEMBER TO REMOVE THIS PARAMETER WHEN YOU GO LIVE WITH YOUR LINKS!!!!

You can call the sign up forms using the above URLs using standard <a> tag code. You can use image <a> tags or text <a> tags. An example text signup link would be:

<a href="https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/guest?PartnerID=4958765&SubPartnerID=106& returnurl=http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html">Sign Up for a FREE SmartBox Guest Account Today!<a>

This will produce the following link on your website or in an email signature block:

Sign Up for a FREE SmartBox Guest Account Today!

An example image signup link would be:

<a href="https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/guest?PartnerID=4958765&SubPartnerID=106& returnurl=http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html"><img src="https://www.panterranetworks.com/images/guestsignup.jpg"><a>

This will produce the following link on your website or email signature block:

or to sign up for a paying SmartBox webstore account:

<a href="https://smartbox.unifiedcloudit.com/webstore/?PartnerID=4958765&SubPartnerID=106& returnurl=http://partnerwebsite.com/smartbox/returnpage.html><a>

This will produce the following link on your website or email signature block:

If you want to control the webstore form style completely (i.e. put the form in your own website's style) you can! This allows you to have a much more integrated look and feel SmartBox webstore with your website. This requires more work on your part (you need to develop the webstore form) on your website. Your form then calls PanTerra's webstore form processing program and passes it all the necessary form data. Before you start, there are a couple things you must do first:

  • You must contact PanTerra support to activate this feature. Once activated, you can built your own SmartBox webstore form and submit the form data to PanTerra's processing program. By requesting activation of this feature, you are agreeing to implement all necessary functionality listed here on your website for proper operation of this feature. PanTerra reserves the right to audit your website form to make sure it complies with all requirements. If it doesn't PanTerra reserves the right to de-activate this feature immediately.
  • You are responsible for providing a captcha function on your form, so that webots do not spam our service.

You build your form on your website using whatever styles you want. The <form> syntax needs to be as follows:

<form name="signupform" method="POST" action="https://accounts.unifiedcloudit.com/auth/webstore/createsbaccount.jsp" >

There are three hidden fields that are supported, two are mandatory and must be included in the form and one is optional (see above section for their descriptions):

  • MANDATORY: <input type="hidden" id="PartnerID" name="PartnerID" value="[Your PartnerID]">
  • MANDATORY: <input type="hidden" id="returnurl" name="returnurl" value="http://[The returnURL webpage]">
  • OPTIONAL: <input type="hidden" id="SubPartnerID" name="SubPartnerID" value="[A SubPartnerID]">

The following form fields are supported. An "*" means that the field is mandatory:

Field Name Description
sb_companyname *Company Name - Maximum Length 50
sb_address1 *Address Line 1 - Maximum Length 200
sb_address2 Address Line 2 - Maximum Length 200
sb_city *City - Maximum Length 32
sb_postalcode Postal Code - Maximum Length 16
sb_country Country - Click here to see all the country codes
sb_firstname *Admin First Name - Maximum Length 64
sb_lastname *Admin Last Name - Maximum Length 64
sb_phoneNumber *Admin Phone Number - Maximum Length 10
sb_emailAddress *Admin Email Address - Maximum Length 64
sb_password *Admin Password - Maximum Length 20, must be at least 8 characters, must contain at least one letter and no spaces. Case-sensitive.
sb_confirmpassword *Admin Confirm Password - Maximum Length 20
sb_nusers *Number of Users - Maximum Length 6
term *Term - this should be implemented as a radio button for 1, 2, or 3 years. The actual term value should be 12, 24, or 36 (months).

END USER SERVICE AGREEMENT: You must also provide a checkbox that the user must check before you submit the form to us indicating they have read the End User Service Agreement. The link to the EUSA is: https://www.panterranetworks.com/agreements/eusa_agreement.html

SUCCESSFUL FORM COMPLETION: When a user filled out the form on your website and clicks the submit button, the form will call PanTerra's server processing program which will process the webstore signup. If successful, the user will see the following generic webpage (generated by PanTerra), indicating that a verification email has been sent and must be followed to confirm the email before the account can be activated. The user can resend the verification email or change the email address to another email address. Once they click "Finish", they will be redirected back to the Partner's website (the returnURL).

ERRORS IN FORM: If there are errors in the form data (ex. passwords don't match), the program will redirect the browser to the returnURL with an errorcode parameter describing the error(s) in the form fields. If there is more than one errorcode, they will be separated by the "#" or "%23" character. It is up to the partner's website to process and display the error code(s) as well as repopulate the form with any entered data. Here is an example of multiple errorcodes:

http://[returnURL]?errorcode=Invalid+Password.+Please+try+again.%23Phone+Number+must+be+10+digits+numeric.+Example%3A+8008050558.%23Special+characters+and+Numerics+are+not+allowed+in+Last+Name.%23Special+characters+and+Numerics+are+not+allowed+in+First+Name.

If there are no errors, the returnURL will have a blank errorcode parameter.
