Jeff Boucher brings over 17 years of finance, accounting and operations experience in SaaS technology companies. Prior to PanTerra Networks, Jeff was the VP of Finance at Power Assure, a SaaS provider of data center energy management software. Prior to that he was the VP of Finance at Bytemobile, a company acquired by Citrix Systems. Jeff started his career at the public accounting firm Frank, Rimerman & Co., where he earned his California CPA license as an audit manager.

VP of Operations
Robert Mainor has over 20 years of senior level executive experience in the communications industry. Rob has held strategic roles in marketing, sales, business development and operations and is considered a key pioneer in bringing VoIP to the masses. Prior to PanTerra Networks, Rob was the co-founder and COO of SunRocket. Prior to SunRocket, Rob was the President of Xpedite Systems, a $200M multi-modal communications services company.

David Ryan brings with him over 15 years of sales leadership to PanTerra Networks. Dave has held strategic roles in sales leadership, sales, operations and business development in the UCaaS, SaaS and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining PanTerra Networks, Dave was Regional Director of Sales at Nextel Partners, Inc. a wireless communication provider. Prior to Nextel Partners, Mr. Ryan was the Regional Director of Sales at Verizon Wireless.

Surya Konala has over 18 years of experience in software engineering and complex project management. His expertise spans numerous engineering areas including multi-device GUI architectures, telephony systems, and highly scalable cloud architectures. Surya has an M.Sc. degree from Andhra University.

Jerome Friesenhahn has over 20 years of hi-tech experience with a focus on cloud-based unified communications since 2000. Prior to PanTerra Networks, Jerome was EVP with Allnet Services, where he managed all sales and technical operations, including building strong business relationships with early adopters of cloud unified communications providers.

Ed Esber has over thirty years experience in the computer industry working for IBM, Texas Instruments and as CEO of Ashton Tate and COO of Creative Labs. He was either a founder, executive or board member of several startups including VisiCorp, Creative Insights, SoloPoint, Motion Computing, Blue Roads Software, Poqet Computer, iTaggits and Pocket.com. As a PC industry pioneer, he pioneered the marketing and distribution of retail, packaged software and developed the marketing strategies for two of the world’s best selling PC software packages of the 1980’s. He marketed the first spreadsheet, the first office suite and the first Wintel graphical user interface.

Shaw & Co., a global investment and technology development firm, and a partner at D. E. Shaw’s venture capital unit. Prior to joining D. E. Shaw & Co., Mr. Turenne was a managing director of NeoCarta Ventures, a venture capital investment firm. Prior to that, he served as senior manager of strategic investments at Intel Capital, the venture capital unit of Intel Corporation.

Alexander Wong is a managing partner at Topiary Capital, a venture capital firm investing in visionary entrepreneurs creating and reshaping large markets. Prior to Topiary Capital, he was a managing director of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. and head of venture capital at the D. E. Shaw group. He has more than 20 years of operating, technical, private equity, and venture capital experience in the technology industry. His investment interests span a wide range of areas, including financial technology, big data, mobile, enterprise software, clean energy, and emerging technologies. Prior to joining the D. E. Shaw group in 2005, he was a partner at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm. Before that, he served as a managing director at Intel Capital, the venture capital unit of Intel Corporation. He has also held roles in engineering, operations, research and development, and government affairs.
