Step 1: Review Account Information

After clicking Accept on your quote, you’ll automatically be taken to the Provision Form. Start at the Account Info section:

  • Company Name: Enter up to 50 characters
  • Extension Length: Choose how many digits internal extensions will use
  • Federal Taxpayer ID: Provide your EIN or Social Security Number
  • DUNS Number: Optional, complete this field only if applicable
  • Industry & Time Zone: Select the options that best match your business and primary location

Step 2: Enter Physical and Mailing Address

Next, complete the required Physical Address fields:
Location name, street address, city, state, country, and ZIP code.

If your mailing and physical address are the same, simply check the box to copy the details automatically.

Step 3: Add Key Principal Details

Provide the information for the main business contact or owner:
Title, first and last name, phone number, and email address.

Step 4: Configure Majority Owners

If the principal is also the majority owner, select Same as Principal to auto-populate.

If there are additional owners, click Add Majority Owner and include:
• Name
• Contact information
• Percentage of ownership

Step 5: Assign Compliance Administrator

If the principal handles compliance, check Same as Principal.

Otherwise, enter the contact responsible for compliance-related requirements.

Step 6: Add Account Administrators

These are the individuals who will manage users, settings, and updates within the platform.
Add each admin user with their contact information and role.

Step 7: Select Seat Types

Choose the appropriate license or seat type for your users to ensure the correct features and capabilities are provisioned.

Final Step: Save as Draft

Before leaving the page, click Save as Draft. This prevents data loss and allows you to continue later if needed.
