Step 1: Access the Provisioning Form

After receiving the form from your account executive, click on the provided link to access the quote. Review the details carefully. If everything looks good, you can proceed by clicking "Accept."

Step 2: Authentication and Basic Information

You'll be directed to an authentication page where you'll need to confirm your title, company name, and your name. Accept the terms and conditions to proceed.

Step 3: Fill Out the Provisioning Form

  • Account Name: Enter an account name that is under 12 characters, all lowercase, without spaces or special characters. This will be your unique identifier.
  • Extension Length: Set the extension length for your users. The default is three digits, but you can adjust it as needed.
  • Phone Number: The phone number should be pre-populated, but you can modify it if necessary.
  • Company Name: Confirm or edit your company name.
  • Time Zone: Select the appropriate time zone for your company.
  • Industry Type: Choose the industry type that best represents your business.
  • Your Name: Fill in your first and last name.

Step 4: Enter Payment Details

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): If you choose EFT, you will need to provide a routing number and other required banking information.
  • Credit Card: Alternatively, select the credit card option, which will redirect you to a secure site to enter your payment details.

Step 5: Finalize and Submit

Once all fields are completed and reviewed, click "Finish." Congratulations, you've successfully filled out the PanTerra Networks provisioning form!
